Procurement Announcements

The OunceIT Vendors and Procurement Dashboard now features our ✨new✨ Internal Request Form! This form replaces the former quote request and project brief form and combines them into one! Additionally, this request form holds:

  • A place to request dates and times for a technical consultation with Technical Services

  • An after-hours quote request form to request a formal estimate for clients making requests in advance for after-hours coverage

This can all be found at the Google Site dashboard linked about or by visiting ounceit.com/requests. You will need to be signed in with an @ounceit.com email address to proceed to the site.

Purchasing Resources

SaaS implementation and licensing application workflow

Effective now, when a client approves the purchase of a new service, the following steps will occur to provide smoother handoffs and documentation that the service was configured accurately and completely:

  • The licensing, account login, or any other relevant kick-off information from the vendor will be emailed directly into the client/end-user’s ticket queue, thus creating a setup ticket; this should be assigned or picked up through your team’s normal process with guidance from a team lead/manager

  • The ticket that is created with the above-mentioned forwarded information will also contain a checklist of considerations and actionables

  • This checklist requires communicating back to orders@ounceit.com once the actionables are complete; this should be done from within the ticket prior to closing it out
