There will be days when a solution to a challenging technical problem feels out of reach, but another Ouncer will be in the trenches with you, offering suggestions and encouragement. You’re never left standing alone. That assurance means you feel confident stepping into new situations and taking on new tasks, and it eliminates the stress people often feel at their jobs and replaces it with curiosity and gratification. There will also be days when your timely response to a tech request saves a teacher’s lesson plan, or when a middle schooler uses the assistive technology you’ve helped to implement and tells you it makes them finally feel like they can be “good” at school. Those days are pretty great!.
Our team approach doesn’t mean we undervalue the individual; quite the opposite–your unique voice, background, personal strengths, and creativity matter to your team members and to OunceIT’s leadership, who will work with you to develop your path for professional growth. On-site training, online PD, or even deep-dive conversations with a teammate–rest assured that there will always be opportunities to learn.
