Wendy | Interim COO

Wendy has spent twenty-five years in general management/operations in the high-tech outsourcing, professional services, and human resource industries. Her areas of expertise included organizational assessment, leadership development, sales management, service process analysis, market analysis, strategic planning, and customer satisfaction and retention.

Her passion and the key to her business/personal success has been an unfailing commitment to unleash the power of the human spirit inside schools and organizations.

Wendy joined OunceIT as our Chief Operating Officer in March of 2024, after consulting for the leadership team for the year prior. She specializes in the integration of talented people with clear, documented processes all supported by a best-in-class technological foundation. Wendy is a conscious change management expert and executive coach who has a track record of producing breakthrough results in a record period often meeting and exceeding the expectations of her clients.

She is adept at organization analysis within schools and businesses to determine the root causes of weak performance as they relate to the people, process, technology, and cultural aspects of the team, department, or division.

Wendy is a Master Integral Coach™ certified by Integral Coaching Canada, an internationally recognized coaching school. The International Coaching Federation recognizes Wendy for meeting the Master Coach Level Credential. She has completed the 4 Sights- Developing Advanced Transformational Change Skills program with Being First, Inc. and is a certified change leader.

She holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University, and received a master’s in business administration from the University of Southern California.

She lives north of Boston and is a yoga enthusiast, Certified Yoga Teacher, and a devoted practitioner of meditation. She is a passionate gardener, amateur cook, bird watcher and dog mother to two golden doodles: Harry and Ruby.
