Melinda | Assistant Team Lead

Melinda joined OunceIT in November of 2024 after 13 years with Apple Retail. She has a passion for customer service, learning and developing, and leading with empathy. Melinda loves working in an environment where there’s always new people to meet, and new skills to learn! OunceIT has given her the opportunity to learn a whole new scope of systems and technology while letting her lean into her love of building strong relationships. As a mother, Melinda is also honored to offer support to so many amazing educators.

Outside of work, Melinda enjoys playing with her daughter and dog, plane spotting, and spending time at the beach with her extended family.
