Abel | Support Technician

Abel joined OunceIT with a varying experience in the IT industry. With a background as an IT manager from Ghana, West Africa for almost 6 years he brings to the team both people and technical skills. Having completed a masters degree in Information Technology from Fairfax University of America, Virginia in 2021, Abel worked for American Frontier Tech as an IT support specialist and manage several projects in Cybersecurity training, and IT tech support. His path into IT support is to leverage as many tools in the industry and enhance his technical skills as a senior IT support engineer.

Abel may be soft-spoken but welcomes a challenge to learn more from an IT related conversation and challenge. When he isn't learning from new technology or engaged in an IT project, he will be listening to music, watching soccer, or playing a soccer game on his Playstation with friends, and spending time with family and friends.
