Aba joined Ounce IT as a certified support technician with a background in end user support. After working as a technical specialist in the music industry, Aba obtained her CompTIA A+ certificate, and transferred her expert troubleshooting and analytical skills to IT. Aba is a curious learner, who is fascinated by all things tech and brings her a passion for empathetic customer service to Ounce IT.

In her spare time Aba enjoys writing music, playing her guitar, and spending time with her nieces!
